I have used them for extremely busy days when i am working on my feet all day - and they really cushion and protect my feet.
These are perfect for transitioning from a casual vibe to a more polished outfit.
It makes a horrible noise from the bottom of my shoe every time i walk and there's nothing sticky on the bottom or anything.
Other than that, they are very light weight and have good arch support.

My only complaint is that the toe of the shoe is really thin and the fabric doesn’t last long
