When one of us comes home and the toes have become damp especially with early morning dew i whip this out and blob it on when the shoes are already wet except for sealed leather i let them dry a little first just because this stuff slows down the drying rate a little

Concentrate on stitched areas obviously and never leave shoes on a radiator to dry

Hasnt altered the colour of anything doesnt leave a lingering smell and nobody has had toes fall off or skin erupt in blisters or a rash

Neither have been subject to heavy use but the shell of the boots is water proof so this can be regarded as an effective protection product
