Excellent gadget, works well and doesn't damage the yoke and separates the egg whites cleanly.
Simple and easy to use i made 28 crème brûlée with my bella, the duck eggs yolks
I fumbled with the messy plastic-slot things that eventually broke, and i could not find replacements.
I would crack open a egg on it hold it and then the white liquid would fall in my mixing bowl with no yoke at all.

It is affordable, good value for the money and less time consuming
