Pros

The customer service is impeccable. Its sturdy & solid as well. Simple and easy to use.

The size is prefect! Plenty large but easy to maneuver to get the smaller areas. Fits under all the pieces of furniture and is easy to use. Very pleased with this purchase.

This thing cleans the garage in 60 seconds. The mopping effect is good and there is no residue. This sweeper is great for a quick job!

Works great on our vinyl laminate floors. Works awesome on my hardwood floors. We have a german shepard that sheds lots of hair.

Cons

The handle is such a terrible design it is shocking. Now i have to get glue to lock it so it never moves. A frustration from start to finish. Really scratchy and not much for sweeping a hardwood floor.
