Pros
The maneuverability is top notch. Very sturdy and maneuvers with ease. Its sturdy & solid as well.
The size is prefect! Plenty large but easy to maneuver to get the smaller areas. Needs instruction how to slide the plastic retainer that allows it to swivel. This mop reaches right in and removes the dust.
Customer service is impeccable. But first. My life saver.
The mopping effect is good and there is no residue. This thing cleans the garage in 60 seconds. The mop frame & mop head are standard items you can get at any janitorial supply store.
Works great on our vinyl laminate floors. Works awesome on my hardwood floors. We have a german shepard that sheds lots of hair.
Cons
Very cheap dust mop. Also not returnable. Hopefully my cancellation goes through in time.
Dust mop does not have any maneuverability. Not much for sweeping a hardwood floor. Sheds even after wash, doesn’t pick up much.

Hands down the best quality mop for a shop.
I took a chance with the artificial fiber version, so far, so good.
I love the size and quality, it’s definitely professional grade.

My only dislike is the fabric hair is coming off and i havent washed it yet but which is understandable eventually the fabric will come off from usage

It picks up a ton of dog hair and sand but since i have nowhere to shake this out properly i have to vacuum the pad off between washings
