Pros

The coffee really does brew piping hot. There is an option for classic brew or rich (strength of brew) it brews more quickly than most coffee makers. The brewing is a little bit noisier then my previous unit but the coffee is tasty.

This is the best coffee maker i've ever had. We had company over and everyone raved about the coffee. It lasts for years, so long as the owner isn't clumsy.

It wasn't even cleaned let alone refurbished. Ninja wants $21 shipping to replace under warranty. This is just outside the warranty of 1 year.

This is completely unacceptable. Buyer beware.

This product is not durable and of low quality. Trying to get satisfaction out of amazon is pointless. You can get better quality from something from walmart for a fraction of the cost.

The design of the carafe is quite poor. It’s a pretty machine with many flaws. Don't waste your money on this coffee maker.

I used the classic brew setting which i believe is similar to the brew setting on the cuisinart.

Just received it yesterday but can already see that it’s superior to all the other brands i’ve tried.

I'll search for a different brand to buy this time.
