Easy to use, i love the detachable water filler, and the dispenser tube that goes down into the brew pot so you get an even brew.
It makes a good cup of coffee, keeps hot for couple of hours, no burnt taste.
The buttons are at the bottom and small, i hit brew one morning only to find i did not hit it hard enough.
The coffee stays piping hot for two solid hours until it shuts off automatically.
