Pros
The brewing time is reasonable and the coffee is hot. The flavour is excellent (i'm a 'rich' brew kinda guy) the carafe and reservoir always have so much condensation after brewing.
The ninja is a well priced and has many settings. My only caveat is that the included mesh filter is garbage. Bought on the strength of our other ninja product, the ninja foodie air fryer.
Cons
The only way to put water in the machine now is to fill up your carafe and pour the water directly into the water reservoir. Started leaking from the bottom about 6 months after purchase. It's very disappointing since they make such good blenders.

My counter was always a mess around those small cheappo coffee makers and had to clean around it often
