Pros
The iq function is not just a gimmick either as it waits just the right amount of time before starting again. Very powerful and very sharp blades. It's noisy but what else do you expect for a blender.
The cup blender is exceptional, smoothies are super smooth. It does the job of blending very well. Shreds nuts easily and make fluffy pancake mix. Opens up a whole variety of healthy smoothie ideas.
It’s really fabulous. The only limit is your imagination. I'm loving the ninja range at the minute.
Cons
Poor big blender jug design. There is no blade at the bottom, it is a tower of blades with the first blade starting above the bottom of the jug. It sounds like a q hammer drill.

Found this out by surprise as i pressed on it by accident - jumped back as it is loud.
