Pros
The product works well as promised but, since this is a new product for many people it is not clear as to it's limitations. Had great success with using the air frier. Loving it so far. Highly recommend it.
Non stick coating makes it a breeze to clean. The unit is simple but versatile. Easy to operate and clean.
My basked measurements are 8 wide and 4 1/2 depth. Still chose to keep a smaller footprint on a counter. Only complaint is that i would like a bigger capacity basket.
Cons
Disappointed with this and no warranty. I suspect the burner died. Wouldn't recommend this brand but love having an air fryer.

I am retired and i honestly admit, i am no chef and i easily get discouraged when it comes to cooking.
Be warned, everything cooks faster than you think it will, so always start with less time and go up if you have to.

When it arrived the broiler grate was missing but after a quick back and forth with ninja customer service they sent me the missing part free of charge

Does not make much noise low volume so we cannot hear when its done cooking which is a problem
