Pros

This ninja works wonderfully. Other than that it’s great. Welike the simplicity of use. My fiance absolutely loves it!

The grill works better than expected. Downsized and moved into condo and decided to get this and retire patio grill. Only downside is the metal mesh and cleaning it.

Cons

Takes 10-15 minutes to pre-heat 2. It's a tiny convection oven that doesn't work. When we do fries, we have to do them in batches, for the two of us, because they never cook correctly.

Shipping from here results in scratches and dents. The manual is a photocopy of the original. Return it asap.
