Pros

A huge blender for a big amount, but also serves as a single smoothie maker. Perfect for making smoothies, chopping vegetables and even kneading dough. The various attachments and blades make it easy to customize the blending process.

Cons

Lid leaks, blade overheats, product is defective. Liquids leaking while blending. It makes a loud noise and the smoothie cup gets unhinged as i’m blending. Find yourself a glass blender.

For a premium product, the parts are cheap. At this price, the quality is completely unacceptable. The price point is good, but it is unreliable.

Will not be purchasing ninja products moving forward.

I'm a few days outside of the return window and i will be contacting amazon to see if they can refund me as mine is cracked all over. Talking to the customer service, i'm shocked to find out they don't take responsiblity on the parts.

It makes the best smoothies super easy to use and the blades are really sharp.

I fully expect my unit will fail in a year or two.

So i splurged and also got the 4 year warrantee.

For the price you can’t beat it.

Great value - i can not imagine living without it!

Upgraded from a black friday $20 cheap single serve blender.

If on sale for the holidays, we might buy one for ourselves to replace our 30 year old kitchen mixer.
