Pros
Looks very classy. Very easy to use. Highly highly recommend. Very very impressed.
The blender is powerful and easy to use and clean. Cups are awesome for smoothies. Small smoothie flask/blade, big blender jug, and medium food processor jug can be used to knead together cookie dough.
Love the processor. Put on the toppings and in the oven it goes.
Cons
Massively disappointed. Would not buy this cheaply made product again. Count me as an unhappy client.
Not enough blending power to make a smooth smoothie. The pitcher and blades have crevasses that don't come fully clean in the dishwasher. It is very hard to clean and the sealings are always smelly.
Reviewer " The warranty wont cover it cause they'll try to tell you the warranty only covers the motor (not what my warranty says)" other reviewer says warranty doesn't cover any outside of the motor.

I love raw beets in my smoothies and wanted something powerful that would last instead of buying the wimpy ones and having to replace it constantly because my beets wore it out

Note very sharp blades just look at it and it will cut your skin

I was hesitant to buy this as i had blenders at breaks when crushing ice which is the opposite of this blender
