Easy to use, easy to clean and i was able to have my daily protein shakes.
Blender is great for what it is, a small portable cordless blender that you can use anywhere.
Stayed charged for almost two weeks of use (10 blends).
There are pros and cons to this blender:cons:doesn’t have too much power so don’t expect to blend a ton of frozen fruit.

I went to the diagnostics contacted techsupport went through it with them and they decided the unit was faulty sent out immediately with a tracking number on a whim i switched ports and the original unit began to charge

Just some piece of fruit or ice making it stuck and this is annoying

However i noticed that it needs a minimum amount of liquid to blend properly and the red light indicates that its plugged in and running

Additionally i would have preferred if they protected the usb area to avoid water spillage every time i cleaned it
