I am pleasantly surprised that it hasn't lead me wrong yet. Used it daily for a month now, zero issues. It's is so marvelous, easy to use, convenient.

Noise level is that which is expected of a mixer but subjectively seems a bit lower than average for the motor.
The ninja bn400c is a nice sturdy blender. All the components are very well made. The blender is crafted out of high quality components.

Likes powerful blends frozen fruit and veg with minimal liquid defaults to 1 min blend so i can walk away while it does it’s thingdislikes loud af blade doesn’t detach so can’t get in to clean the grooves particles from previous blends have ended up in my smoothie after it had been in the dishwasher so i’ll need to buy a small brush

Lastly some side spillage when you have to take the lid off to add or stir half way through a blend and then put the lid back on…it’s messy
