This works great and is very sturdy. Replacing this part is just a bout as much as a new one. It's not that expensive but it works amazingly!
Cons
The lid on this blender breaks easily. Except now it won’t lock… so you have to hold it down by hand to get the blender to operate. Never any ice. Never anything hot.
It's extra loud too, and i had to run it more than once to get my smoothie blended. Unless blending contents are scraped down during the cycle, there will be small bits of unprocessed food. For $200 and 12-mo warranty this blender is not worth the pri... Read More
Their warranty only lasts 1 year, so just keep that in mind before purchasing. Can’t imagine how long it would have lasted if i actually tried to chop something.
I love ninja but this one *. It's straight up ugly. Very frustrating. Not an exaggeration.

Maybe it was in product info and i missed it but this blender only operates on 34extraction34 in 24 oz size cup not in 72 oz container
