Pros
Food just rolls/pours out and cleanup is easy. It's slick and cleans very easily, however. It also handles the dishwasher very well.
This pot has some surprising features. This makes maneuvering the pot a breeze. I have several stock pots and this one is a keeper in my stash. I also make pot roast on top of the stove with filet mignon on holidays.
The ninja sautés distribute heat evenly throughout the interior without hotspots. This pot heats more evenly too. Heated up very quickly on our induction stovetop.
It has a 10 year guarantee on the neverstick technology. It’s sturdier and very well made. The quality is very good. It is well worth it. It's a premium product.
The tempered glass lid has matching handles and a 4-mm-thick stainless-steel rim. The rim prevents splatter and locks in moisture.
Cons
After only a few uses, the outer red enamel coating is chipping off. This is a pain/extra-step in cleaning and you still have to scrub the pan sometimes.
This pan is toxic just like all the other ones on the market. The chemicals and the materials break down. Heated for a full 4 minutes per instructions.

With other brands ive often had an issue with glass lids because they tend to have these areas either around the edge or where the handles attach that collect water
