This is important to me as i have had consistent problems with teflon coatings either peeling or blistering

The handle on both sides is locked on no loose screws like othersthe no stick is really no stick

Strong handle that does not get very hot unless on stove for a long timevery cool u can drop the entire pan in the oven

The handles did not get hot which i appreciate as some other pan handles i have to use a rag on the handles as im cooking when moving the pan around
