Pros
This one heats evenly and quickly and is super nonstick. It is dishwasher safe.
Size and weight of sauté pan is great. I'm pretty certain it wasn't damaged in shipping.
Cons
You have to place a call to an offshore call center, staffed by a very busy person who takes forever to manually input your information into a database. Here's the they want you to pay more than $20 for insurance if you want to get a replacement pan.
They lose their nonstick coating by six months. The glass lid makes a loud noise or pop when hot.
Highlights
Quality
The only drawback is that the lids are not ventilated with a steam hole, but the quality of the cookware makes up the difference.
I knew i wanted a quality pan because it is my most used pan and the ninja did not disappoint!
I'm guessing it's a manufacturing defect that somehow escaped quality control.
But by the quality of materials and the feel, i can tell there's something great here.
Price
I thought it was expensive compared to what we had but it is worth the price.
