Induction heats these so much quicker than electric. Perfect eggs, fried, and scrambled.

This pan is legit nonstick with no oil! It’s easy to clean with dishsoap and a nylon scrub is. No scratches or discoloration yet. Clean up is also super easy. I let the pan cool, rinse it with some hot soapy water, and dry.

Cons

The middle is higher than the edges and so liquids like oil, eggs and batter flow to the edges. The pan comes to a boil in under 5 minutes on a smaller burner where this comes to. A boil after 20+ minutes on the larger burner.

One pancake is dark and the other is light in color. Remember, this is called the neverstick pan.
