Pros & Cons
Pros
The neverstick technology lives up to its name. The non-stick surface remains intact and effective. The slate grey finish is both stylish and functional. The 16 piece set really amazes me. This far exceeds the quality.
The lids are the stackable kind with the round nesting knob handles. They are easy to clean and securely attached.
They're oven-safe up to 500 degrees fahrenheit, although i typically cook at 350 degrees fahrenheit. Braising them on the stovetop and finishing in the oven with lid on yielded tender results.

Competitiveness

The ninja ones, while more expensive, are heavier (in a good way), conduct heat more evenly, and absolutely nothing sticks to them!
Ninja company does make two different grades of pans.
