It is dishwasher safe, but i hand wash all of my ninja cookware. All it takes is warm soapy water. Super easy to clean.
Ninja pans are awesome. They also cook similarly to iron skillets. She loves the way it cooks evenly and goes from stovetop to oven.
Cons
The warranty is also not what you'd expect from a reputable company. You have to place a call to an offshore call center, staffed by a very busy person. And forget about their customer service. Perhaps this is a one off but the pan i received was garb... Read More
The top lip has too sharp of an angle which allows the coating to easily separate. Instead, it pours off the center and forms an amoeba shape. The glass lid makes a loud noise or pop when hot.

As soon as i took it out of the packaging you could tell this isn't a flimsy 1 year of use and throw away pan.
First of all, it comes in some smart packaging that protects it during transit.
Competitiveness
I saw an excellent independent review that pointed me toward the ninja premium.
There aren’t any other non-sticks that compete with these.

Be aware that the lid handle isnt coated with anything and its metal so it will get hot and can burn you if you dont use something as a barrier when you pick it up

Also the rivets on the inside of the pan arent coated in anything and food will stick there and can be difficult to remove
