I never use metal and it still blistered. The anodized layer is thin and will wear out with time, use, and heat. Once the coating starts chipping, it can release toxic fumes while cooking. There are bubbles on every price of the gasket metal edge.

The supposed 10 year warranty isn't what they advertised either. They still want you to pay the shipping on a replacement product.

They work amazingly well when you first get them, but they dont last and the warranty is a joke. Poorly designed, over-priced and bad quality. Better off going to walmart and getting a decent set for less than half the price.

The videos showing eggs not sticking have to be plants from the shark/ninja marketing genius. Foods stick and almost cannot be cleaned with a scrubber.
