Pros
Stainless steel version seems to heat faster and more evenly than the economical aluminum version. The heat is evenly distributed in the frying pans and the food does not stick to the pan. This cookware is awesome!
The outer stainless is beautiful and much classier than some of the cheaper options you'll see at sam's & the like. The only downside is the weight. Would buy again.
The stainless outside and the non-stick inside is the perfect combination of beauty and brawn. They are beautiful to look and but also truly nonstick. A competitor has hex type stainless but just remember stainless is not no-stick.

Looks great but then again stainless always does definitely a nonstick surface just heat up first
