The first is 2 years old and went to live at the office where it gets abused on a regular basis

Inconveniently this new one demanded to be cleaned when it came out of the box

The only negative thing i can say is it does require regular cleaning of the machine otherwise it will not brew

Ok so figuring out how this machine works takes a little attention

There is a drip stop that will prevent the burner from becoming stained however the machine will alert you if it has been closed for too long while brewing nor will it allow you to set a timedbrew with it closed

Speaking of timed brew this is my only complaint i wake up every day at 3p nightshiftgang the brewer does not save the time set for autobrew and i have to push the hour button 15 times every single time
