Get the filter for the water reservoir. I love this coffeemaker for its separate hot water and coffee lines. I do like the separate boiling water feature, idk if it's boiling.

It has a feather which works well and the pod attachment works great! Luv the 2 brew methods k cup and whole pot methods. It also brews a fast carafe.

Overall it’sa decent machine. I love that it this has sooo many options. In fact the drip coffee feature rivals my ancient technivorm in the “rich” mode.

Calling their customer service was surprisingly painless. No long wait time, and not a crazy long menu of * to press. We’ll see how long it lasts.

While ninja may not care about losing one customer among millions, i will feel better knowing i am no longer contributing my hard-earned dollars to their profit. Disappointed in the product and not lasting.

It is an insanely messy coffee maker. My experience with ninja support was so humiliating that i will avoid their products in the future. Love my other ninja appliances, but will never buy a coffee maker again.
