Pros
We’ll see how long it lasts. Never had a problem, no error messages. No long wait time, and not a crazy long menu of * to press to get to talk to a person.
It's hot enough to steep tea, or if you need hot water for a recipe or blooming gelatin. The frother feels very sturdy and froths milk really fast.
Cons
It had been cleaned. The average lifespan of these units is less than 1 year. It’s annoying because i have to stand there and watch the machine run through its cycle in anticipation of it stopping.
The error is it doesn’t register the single cup brew. Not only is this very time consuming but the coffee making cycle stops when it decides it needs cleaning leaving an inch of coffee in the pot and brewing completely stops.
Design and durability is questionable. This is not what is listed on the manual.
While ninja may not care about losing one customer among millions, i will feel better knowing i am no longer contributing my hard-earned dollars to their profit. Disappointed in the product and not lasting.

Shipping
I received this coffee maker 9 days ago and it came with no instructions.
Since this item is handled by amazon i was able to chat with someone online who said i would receive the instructions in 48 hours.
Packaging/appearance
Out of the box, it's not the most intuitive dual coffee maker so i immediately tried to contact the seller.
It came very well packaged in a generic box with the permanent filter which was unexpected but no directions or paperwork whatsoever.
Competitiveness
It is very sturdy and compact compared to others in this price range.
