Pros
It has the separate hot water dispenser and moveable reservoir which the 400 (discontinued) doesn’t have. It's seperate boiling water feature is perfect and the frother is pretty good.
Highly recommend. It looks amazing. Absolutely amazing product. Love it and would buy again.
To switch between the two is effortless. The touchscreen is wonderful with lots of features. This compliments my ninja blender and my ninja air fryer.
Cons
When using a disposable keurig pod it sprays a bit at the end of brewing and doesn’t filter the coffee grounds. Lots of grinds and hard to clean.

The video i have posted is showing that there is something wrong with the machine because even though i’m closing the lid completely it still thinks that the lid is open and therefore i cannot brew a carafe fortunately i can brew pods in the meantime

While i chalked this up to receiving a defective product sure it happens i tried reaching out to amazon customer service chat about this issue
