Pros

The ninja makes extremely flavorful coffee and tea. Great for getting hot water for oatmeal and making my favorite hot and iced beverages. Water comes out much hotter and the coffee was very flavorful.

The brewer is taller than your average coffeemaker. The small form factor of the coffee maker means it won't take up too much space on your countertop. Brews quick and has three different brewing options. Coffe brewin a sec, amazing.

Easy to operate and sleek modern look. The measuring tool on the side is an excellent touch.

The ninja brews a perfect cup with pods, we can choose the strength. My travel mug fits easily underneath with room to spare. Comes with an insert for using pods which is nice. Carafe and k-pod.

Cons

The water pump stops pumping water rendering the machine useless. This complicated little vessel is quite lack luster, complicated, slow, etc. You also have to pay $40 shipping and handling fees every time they ship you a replacement part.

It lends itself to making anysize very conveniently with the dial in approach.

With the others, it would not start brewing if insufficient water.

It was a little complicated to setup with the crappy directions.

--- the price isn't cheap but i got the renewed and it came packed with original packing and as new condition.
