Pros

Get the filter for the water reservoir. I love this coffeemaker for its separate hot water and coffee lines. I do like the separate boiling water feature, idk if it's boiling.

It has a feather which works well and the pod attachment works great! Luv the 2 brew methods k cup and whole pot methods. It also brews a fast carafe.

Overall it’sa decent machine. I love that it this has sooo many options. In fact the drip coffee feature rivals my ancient technivorm in the “rich” mode.

Calling their customer service was surprisingly painless. No long wait time, and not a crazy long menu of * to press. We’ll see how long it lasts.

The dual-brew system in this coffee maker is poorly designed and causes problems. The error is it doesn't register the single cup brew. Half the time it malfunctions and instead of 12oz cups i get about 4oz of burnt coffee out of it just won't work at... Read More

It is an insanely messy coffee maker. My experience with ninja support was so humiliating that i will avoid their products in the future. Love my other ninja appliances, but will never buy a coffee maker again.

Well worth your money if your a coffee drinker!

Totally worth the extra $ and it was exactly what we needed for an easy brew, reliable coffee maker.

A bit pricey, fortunately we purchased: used - “like new” and it works great!

I bought the paper filter version with no frother used like new for a great price.

Packaging/appearance

It came very well packaged in a generic box with the permanent filter which was unexpected but no directions or paperwork whatsoever.
