Pros

In this machine is yumm! The salimo dark roast pods make a good size strong iced coffee! My only complaint is it didn't come with the integrated scooper. The unit brews really good coffee for a machine.

Frothier is an added bonus we will probably never use. Coffee over ice with cold froth creamer. What’s left over goes in the fridge for iced tea later.

We are fulltime rvers - although i generally used fileted water, sometimes the water is still quite hard. Easy to clean & maintain. All components were labeled with easy-to-remove stickers.

Only complaint is i wish i had more control on the ounce output instead of predefined ounces you have to select from. The water reservoir holds about 60 oz. Can set it for 28 40 52 or 65oz pots.

Cons

The pod selection turns on as if it will brew, spits out about 1/2 once then stops. This is so disappointing when you have preset a morning brew and walk in to a wet kitchen with no coffee.

I'm not sure if it's because it's refurbished or it's the brand that's defective. Other reviewers complaint about this problem too.

I purchased this to replace my kuerig dual brew which broke after a couple of years!

I went searching and found this version -refurbished- for less than half the price.

I was hesitant buying something that wasn’t brand new but i wanted to save some money.

If you want an awesome product at about half the price this is it!
