The carafe has a special vent and pours very well. I love the drip stop on this ninja. It makes great iced coffee, latte drinks, and everything from a whole pot to a small mug.

He's been wanting it ever since then, and we were exited to find this one and immediately snatched it! This is the best coffee maker i've ever had. I just hope it lasts as long as my first one!
Cons
If you set the delay brew feature it often ends up beeping because something is wrong. After 3 or 4 tries, it overfills the cup. Now the bass always has stagnant water sitting in it. Total power loss, clock blinking and everything.
I am so bummed. And not worth recommending.
Received this april 23. Quit working xmas morning 2023 just past the warranty. It’s too late to return so it will be thrown away.
After researching this multiple times for one year, it seems the life expectancy of a ninja coffee pot is only about a year. I was gifted this coffee pot & it is no different than buying one at a normal/normal grocery store coffee pot.

I researched various coffee makers; especially focused on decreasing landfill use but also a broad range of coffee options.
I looked into getting a thermal carafe, but ninja insists that they don't have one to fit the cm371 model.
