Pros

It fits perfectly on the warmer plate, with a little extra headroom above. The product feels to me to be made with a thicker glass than the original.

Cons

Water gets inside of handle, between the glass and the handle causing water to leak all over after taking it out of dishwasher and inverting it. Always cracks at the bottom and then shatters. Same thing everytime. It shatters like a soul during covid.... Read More

This replacement part is clearly inferior to the one which came with the coffee maker. Which i’m my opinion ruins the coffee.

A significant amount of water clung to the top. It’s now too small to reach your hand inside to manually dry it. All the coffee won't pour out of the carafe.

Amazon made it super simple to ship out this replacement very fast so i didn’t miss too many days without my coffee!

We broke our carafe and this one arrived fast and it was the same as the original ninja.

It turned out you had to order from the manufacturer, it took weeks to arrive and cost almost as much as a new coffee maker.

I ordered and it arrived the next day!
