Pros
The frothed makes me feel like a barista. The frother takes less than 30 seconds to froth milk or cream. Great for blending protein powder.
It's a power house. I use it mostly to mix a lot of my pre workout and protein shakes with it. Great flexible coffee/tea maker.
Cons
When a supervisor was requested they assure they would call me back; no one has. Don't buy this without an extended warranty.
Machine starts leaking everywhere after about 1 yr. Machine also leaks after it says it is done.
Product works great for a few months, then refuses to brew anything after beeping 5 times. It brews for about a minute, stops, and beeps. Actually won’t brew 1 cup without shutting off.
Design flaw. Lots of people have this problem is you check fb and youtube. It is defective. New buyers will be bamboozled.
This thing rusts after a year! Ninjas don't last but one to 2yrs. Just under two and a half years and the unit ceases to function is not what i expected.

Eventually youll get the five beeps of death

There are a couple fixes on youtube draining it upside down burping etc

The death beeps will keep coming on you just have to keep pressing the pot button to keep it going while you do this

Eventually the death beeps will become more infrequent then stop altogether usually before the first pot is finished

Obviously the jostling plus the cleaning solution knocks any buildup anywhere in the line free
