Pros
My only complaint is the noise. It's a lot louder than i expected. This thing is incredible -- it makes absolutely incredible ice cream.
Makes the most creamy and delicious frozen treats. Took only a few times to get hang of using the outer bowl and lid together. The trick is to rinse through and then clean it. The blade comes out for easy cleaning.
The ice cream/sorbet turns out pretty good. Their strawberry recipe is really very tasty (who knew a little splash of lemon juice would be so important?
There was a ship date for some time in october. Keeping it with reservations. It's good to keep a rotation of the frozen pints. Making the ice cream is a bit more complicated than just freezing stuff at random.
Cons
Tried it just 3 times on 3 different recipes. On the 3rd recipe, the plastic container got scraped by the metal blade on the re-spin cycle. Turns out the blade was tearing into the tub and the top lid, ripping small shreds that went into the ice cream... Read More
Not impressed with their customer service whatsoever. This is absolutely unacceptable for the price.

Well made, a little loud, but would definitely buy again.
This thing sounds like a jet for 45sec then slowly gets quieter, last about 2 minutes.
5 months but one day she said it started sparking and unplugged it.

Great value for what you are paying for, highly recommended.
If you can afford the plunge then i’d definitely recommend it
My dad loved the chocolate one and hubby said the butter pecan tasted like the stuff you'd pay $5-10+/scoop for @ a high end restaurant.
