If i had to complain i would wish for a larger size tallerdeeper so that i could cook larger batches of food and stocks

For my usage this is kind of an inbetween size too big for most day to day uses yet too small for my regular big batches

I do think the utensil stand is handy but its a little bit of a wasted opportunity that you can only use it with its own utensil

Last week i made a casserole and started by cooking the meat in the pan on the stove top added my remaining ingredients and popped the whole thing in the oven no need to switch to a casserole pan and dirty two dishes

The handles may get hot as they are probably forged aluminum but if you cook at a reasonable temperature they should not

Since this is a pan although it says you can use it to boil and strain pasta you wont be able to cook pasta in large quantities in one go because the pan is wide and not too deep
