Pros
This is an improvement from the cuisinart that it's replacing. It's a residual built up ridge of plastic leftover from when the part came out of the mold. No drips, no overflows, and no leaks.
Removable water reservoirs is very convenient. I wish they had a pop out handle or something with better gripping for one hand usage. The removable water reservoir is genius!
It brews perfect coffee. The comments about how nice and hot and flavorful it brews coffee, are all accurate. The coffee is hot when brewed, stays hot and reheats quickly with the warm button.
Cons
Error 11 is a fault with the heating element. Turns out they are only shipping a replacement part, not a full unit. They boast a warranty, but the carafe is not covered.
It's also the slowest 14 cup coffee maker i've ever had. A cups is 8 ounces. After a proper descaling cleaning procedure it's over 25 minutes for a full pot, and that's not on the even slower, rich brew option.
The carafe is guaranteed to dribble and leak when pouring the first 2-3 cups out. The lip of the carafe causes the flow of coffee to wrap around and flow down the side. It isn't a little either, it is a large amount spilling out.

The rubber gasket/spring they use to try to prevent drips is just not good enough.
Spray with water all over and finally most of it comes out.
Price
All in all for a ninja and the price it's pretty decent.

It does take a bit longer to brew but if you utilize the delay function that should be negated
