The removable water reservoir is genius! It can be filled easily and there is no need to pour clumsily into another container. The carafe itself is well designed, and you have to try to spill coffee.
Rich" setting takes a while to brew, which is purpose of the button. Coffee is hot when brewed, stays hot and reheats quickly with the warm button. Clock is easy to set and thus far, is spot on—hasn't gained/lost time. It brews perfect coffee.
Cons
They are only shipping a replacement part, not a full unit. They boast a warranty.

After my costly cuisinart crapped out i found this on sale and went for it based on the reviews and so far i've been generally pleased.
In my opinion the timer is a useless feature that just adds to the cost.
Markings are something i'd expect in a maker that runs $100 when not marked down.

The water container when filled to the 14 cup mark can be a challenge sometimes to get it in place without spilling but fortunately my faucet hose reaches to the pot so i fill it that way

I like the rich brew altho i havent tried brewing the classic so unsure if it really makes a difference or if its all in the type of coffee used

There is no option to turn the tone off but its somewhat quiet so thats no problem for me
