With this level of versatility you can prob get rid of several other appliances. The only drawback is the size as it won't fit in any of my cupboards and it is heavy. This product is absolutely my favorite appliance in the kitchen.
Air fryer works great for the picky eater. Comes with a non-stick pot instead of a heavy stainless steel one.
