The metal handle is solid, hollow, and it is comfortable to hold. The pan is fairly thick with a decent amount of weight to it, and the handle is very strong.

The non-stick is superb with delicate foods like eggs, fish, and crepes. I use it often to fry up tofu and vegetables.

Don't bother reading all the reviews. However this product blow me away. They also give me the confidence that they're strong and inert enough that they don't have a negative health impact.

Cons

This being a non stick pan, scratches cause loss of the non stick properties. Eggs and other delicate things stick.

25 has a cooking surface greater than my 12-inch pan as the walls don't slope as much, so that's awesome.
