Additionally, while the knives start incredibly sharp, i've found that they may require more frequent sharpening than some premium brands.
They are sharper than my current scissors, which are a premium manufacturer which sell bladed tools with orange handles.

The knives cut beautifully i thought the steak knives were weird as they had a straight edge and not a serrated one but they cut through a medium rump without needing to saw back and forth at all
