Pros

Just made fresh salmon yesterday. Grilled 2 thick rib eye. This grill gets nice and hot-just right for grilling a steak.

Cleanup is almost effortless! The cover removes for easy cleaning. The lid detaches & is also very easy to clean.

Cons

My griddle/grill plate never seem to sit perfectly flat on the heating element. This results in uneven heat distribution. It is not non-stick and it does not heat evenly.

This feels like a first generation device that was purposefully made less useful. Terrible service. Just worthless. Contacted ninja cs and was told that external parts are not covered under the warranty.

It cooks everything great, strong construction and it is so easy to remove grease and clean.

Nothing sticks to it when cooking with it, and no smoke is being released as long as you keep the top closed.

The griddle and grill was super non-stick.

Save some $$$ and get one of these.
