Pros

It is so easy to clean -- as compared to a cuisinart. It's sometimes hard to clean it thoroughly all the way into the molded plastic. The only con is sometimes food particles get stuck in the cover and it's almost impossible to get completely clean.

It purees bananas faster that you can imagine. Great for making smoothies. Still functions perfectly for smoothies and slushies. Great price for a decent quality product that makes blending frozen fruit and ice simple and quick.

I love how the blades go all the way up for ultimate chopping. I also have had so much better luck in grinding up dry materials with this. I recommend a brush to clean the blade.

Cons

Food batches are too big the for little canister yet fall short of the higher second blade for the bigger canister. Plastic blade rod and the fitting in the motor are plastic and just can't hold up very long chopping something as hard as ice. It takes... Read More

If its happening to so many people it seems like a defect. Well, it it is a structural design defect. It is much more difficult and time consuming to clean. And i must emphasize, this machine is a pain to thoroughly clean after use.

After 5 months of use there is cracking on the bottom of the blender (similar to other posts here). After that there was no way to keep the liquid from spilling out.

It crushes everything so easily, even ice!

Lasted many years and happy to find the same one again for a great price!

I tell all my thousands of customers to go buy this blender sad don’t spend the money on the expensive one.

If you wanna save some money and don't mind looking up a few recipes, then you should try this.

But for the price, i have no complaints!

Was packed badly, and the one i got had been pre-opened.

I filled the container alllll the way up loaded with ice!

I get much more even crumbs and "mincing" with this than i ever did with the bullet or the cuisinart.
