Pros
Did not disappoint. It works very well, just not quite as good. It's a learning curve.
This ice cream maker is simply amazing. Blend on light and remix once amazing. I am quite confident this won't join my useless appliance collection.
Cons
Amazon sends you to the manufacturer and ninja says it might take 3-4 weeks for your warranty to go through. There's a pending lawsuit against ninja for this design problem. Return and refund for me.
The blade was tearing into the tub and the top lid, ripping small shreds that went into the ice cream. On the 3rd recipe, the plastic container got scraped by the metal blade on the re-spin cycle.

The blad literally melted into the lid and the gear piece is all black and burnt.
I was able to make icecream with limited ingredients and almond milk and, and it still gave an icecream texture.
Price
Definitely regret the purchases, unless you eat ice cream at least every other day, this isn’t worth it imo.
First, i gotta say it’s pretty pricey for what it does; at least for me.
Packaging/appearance
I have yet to use the machine (due to the 24 hr freeze time) but the inner box and product box were damaged so hopefully the machine is ok!

I do not use the recipe in the book with the cream because i find that cream is a little cloying on the tongue
