Pros

This food processor is a beast! Bought this for the rv. I hope it lasts me as long as my other one.

Normally takes about 30 minutes total, but annoying to have to babysit the process. Super easy to clean. Quality is great. The food presser is super easy to use.

Cons

S& works well on first use, but they really cheezed on the power cord. Lights blink on the front panel indicating that something is not connecting. The bowl is not covered under warranty.

Here are the shortcomings in design for the ninja. Terrible product, terrible customer service.

I understand they claim this is a wearable part. Should be another foot long & thicker / higher quality.

The machine has limited options for shredding. Can't cut up carrots or anything. I make a vegan burger patty with mushrooms and we cut them up to make ground'meat' for tacos and spaghetti and it can't do it.

So after finding the pusher at the bottom of the box under all the packing material it was not damaged .
