Cons

Very disappointed in the quality of the product and the quality control standards at ninja. The product support page requires that i register with email and password - like really? What is so secret here? The kicker is they don't pay for shipping.

Replacement bowl and lid is $29. Also worth mentioning, this machine has limited options for shredding. I make a vegan burger patty with mushrooms and we cut them up to make ground'meat' for tacos and spaghetti and it can't do it.

Competitiveness

There are plenty of different shredding disks and additions for the cuisinart.

It is a little loud, but not more than any other food processor.

However, when i was looking for different shredding disks for this ninja processor or for spare blades, there's not much options available.
