Pros

Bought as a gift. No noticeable signs of use or damage, other than a couple of marks on the air fry basket. I even broil the steak on it and that was great too.

Easy to operate and prepared everything we have used it for so far yo perfection.

After three months of minimal use, i got the failed error8.

No noticeable signs of use or damage, other than a couple of marks on the air fry basket.

Packaging/appearance

My only complaint is that i didn't receive the silicone mits shown in picture and listed in the description of item.

Competitiveness

Had to decide between fd401 advertised elsewhere and this model fd402.

They were the same price and everything else was the same so i ordered this one (fd402).
