Pros
It is a bit loud but it functions flawlessly when blending. Better than the alternative of leaking (hi cuisinart - i’m looking at you! It's very reliable and powerful.
Mini blender is great for making a smoothie, mixing up a package of instant pudding, and most anything you’d use a full-size blender for to pulverize food. Great for making keto shakes. Easy to clean.
Cons

It is the loudest machine i have ever owned and now my neighbors hate me. It's unbearably loud & hurts my ears. Still very loud.
This ninja blender is very sub-par and definitely not worth the price. Performance is average. The thing is good until it suddenly dies on you.
The blade cap stinks like. The rubber gasket on the blade cap smells terribly.

Well made product, works well, never leaks, easy to clean.
Good quality, small size, easy to use.
But otherwise, it does what my previous ninja did and maybe even does a better job with the blades higher in the cup.
Packaging/appearance
Also, the flax seeds stuck on the glass.

As we mentioned we bought some after market 32oz no name brand containers and they work flawlessly with this blender.

One complaint weve have almost from the get go was after screwing on the blade base and blending that youll get seepage into threads
