Quality

It worked great, used only two times so far, grilled chicken very well, and air fried frozen sweet potato fries nicely as well.

It's a heavy (30 lbs) well-made grill/smoker and i'm hopeful that i'll get many years of enjoyment from using it.

It could overheat with anything less and possibly cause a fire.

I have the ninja pizza/smoker also, and that came with everything, unfortunately, their book has nothing about air fry or grill times.

Price

I'm glad i took a chance on a renewed one because i saved a "little" off the price of new, and you get a 1-year warranty.

Packaging/appearance

Packaged very well and worked as i expected it would.

It said i would get a scoop for the pellets and i received nothing.

I thought it was weird that it did not come in it's original box.

Also, i believe this was supposed to have 2 bags of pellets, it came with 1 (it's ok because i have my own).
