Pros

Size is perfect for 2-3 ppl maybe 4 if you're doing hotdogs and or hamburgers. Perfect for grilling and works perfect for apartment life. Cooks succulent ribs in 25m or less, nice char, juicy.

Easy to use for a beginner like me. Ease of cooking and cleaning is incomparable. It will pay for itself after six or seven uses.

It gives you the option to have that wood smoked flavour infused to what you’re cooking, but you can cook without the wood fire pellets it comes with. Just load more and press ignition.

This review has nothing to do with the product. Now on to packaging. The machine works well and is fun to use. Everything comes out super good.

Cons

This has to do with the seller more than the product. Amazon * wnd so bad, all they have are chinese vendors, and they do not give you an option form made in america. It should have been given with the machine.

It worked great, used only two times so far, grilled chicken very well, and air fried frozen sweet potato fries nicely as well.

Great crust and very nice smoke ring.

All of the recipes using proteins have you way over-cooking your meat.

The probe indicated my set temp of 185 approx 30 minutes after start which was not accurate.

Price

I purchased a “refurbished “ grill for about $50 less.

Buy an inexpensive meat probe thermometer and cook to the correct temp, not by time.

Shipping

It arrived next day and it looked to be in new condition.

I called customer service on another functional question, was placed in queue, and received a call back in 10 minutes.

Packaging/appearance

Packaged very well and worked as i expected it would.

I thought it was weird that it did not come in it's original box.

It said i would get a scoop for the pellets and i received nothing.

I was amaze there were no instructions in the box how to use this grill.

Competitiveness

I tried the air fryer but wasn't impressed, the foodi is better, but i didn't buy it for that!
