I own an older vitamix and while its motor is powerful i find it cumbersome i have to use a damper and the blades are not easy to clean

This boasts that it has cord storage so i was thinking that it somehow wound up inside or had some kind of automatic retractable function but no it is just a space to stuff the cord in and i could not even get all of the cord into it

If the box didnt say refurbished on it i would not have been able to guessits packaging and appearance looked brand new

One feature i particularly like about this blender are the suction cups on the bottom of the unit which i hadnt noticed until i tried to lift the blender off the counter and had to tug at it

Plus the button is hard to press and often turns off even thought youre pushing one it

As for the using the big jar its pretty convenient though taking the lid off and one is a bit weird because it has a little handle that locks down so you have to press a button to release it
